Ingredients:

 

  • 1 1/2 oz gold rum 
  • 1 cup cold coffee 
  • 1 twist lemon peel 
  • 1 tsp sugar

Pour rum over ice cubes in a small highball glass. Fill with coffee, and stir. Add a twist of lemon, sugar, and serve.
