African Hot Punch

Ingredients:   4 bottles brandy  2 bottles white rum  1 gal coffee  4 lb sugar Pour brandy and rum into a bowl filled with the sugar. Set on fire (use extreme caution) and let the sugar dissolve. Add black coffee and stir well.

Almond Chocolate Coffee

Ingredients:   3/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur  1/2 oz dark creme de cacao  8 oz hot coffee Pour in order into coffee cup. Top with whipped creme and chocolate shcvings.

Amaretto Tea

Ingredients:   6 oz hot tea  2 oz amaretto almond liqueur  1 1/2 oz chilled whipped cream Pour hot tea into a pousse cafe glass, using a spoon in glass to prevent cracking. Add amaretto, but do not stir. Top with chilled whipped cream and serve.

Aqualung

Ingredients:   2 shots Kahlua coffee liqueur  2 shots espresso  1 shot chocolate syrup Brew espresso, mix in shots of kahlua and syrup.

Artillery Punch

Ingredients:   1 qt strong black tea  1 qt rye whiskey  1 bottle red wine  1 pint Jamaican dark rum  1/2 pint brandy  1 jigger benedictine herbal liqueur  1 pint orange juice  1/2 pint lemon juice Combine all the ingredients in a large punch bowl with a block of ice. If found too dry, sugar […]

Bacardi O Coffee

Ingredients:   2 oz Bacardi orange rum  3 oz hot coffee  1 splash Irish cream  1 splash green creme de menthe Add bacardi O and coffee to a cup. Top with irish cream and green creme de menthe.

Balearic Coffee

Ingredients:   1/2 oz Frigola herbal liqueur  5 oz hot black coffee  1 1/2 oz whipped cream  1 tsp sugar Add coffee and liquor to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Barrier Breaker

Ingredients:   1 1/2 oz dark rum  1/2 oz Galliano herbal liqueur  2 tsp dark creme de cacao  4 oz cold coffee  crushed ice Pour all of the ingredients into an Irish coffee glass filled with crushed ice. Stir well.

Bavarian Coffee

Ingredients:   1/2 oz peppermint schnapps  1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur  5 oz hot black coffee  1 1/2 oz whipped cream  1 tsp sugar Add coffee and liquors to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Black Haus Mitten

Ingredients:   1 oz Black Haus blackberry schnapps  1 oz Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps  4 – 5 oz hot coffee  1/2 oz whipped cream Combine Black Haus blackberry schnapps and GoldSchlager in a glass mug. Stir, top with hot coffee and whipped cream, and serve.

Black Haus Orange Coffee

Ingredients:   1 oz Black Haus blackberry schnapps  1 oz Smirnoff Orange Twist vodka  4 – 5 oz hot coffee  1/2 oz fresh whipped cream Combine Black Haus blackberry schnapps and Smirnoff orange twist vodka in a glass mug. Top with hot coffee and whipped cream, and serve.

Black Jack

Ingredients:   3/4 oz brandy  3/4 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy  1 cup cold coffee  1 tsp sugar Stir over ice cubes in a small highball glass, and serve.

Black Maria

Ingredients:   2 oz coffee brandy  2 oz light rum  4 oz strong black coffee  2 tsp powdered sugar Combine and stir all ingredients in a brandy snifter. Add cracked ice and serve.

Black Marie

Ingredients:   3/4 oz dark rum  3/4 oz brandy  1/4 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur  1 cup cold coffee  1 tsp brown sugar Shake well with crushed ice in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass, and serve.

Blackjack #2

Ingredients:   1/2 oz brandy  1 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy  1 oz coffee Shake all ingredients with cracked ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.
