Ingredients:   1 shot Scotch whisky  1 tbsp honey  1 bag tea  boiling water In a standard coffee mug put the scotch, honey and tea bag. Pour boiling hot water to fill mug. Steep for about one or two minutes. Then remove and dispose of tea bag.

Ingredients:   1 1/2 oz dark rum  1/2 oz cherry brandy  2 tsp dark creme de cacao  4 oz cold coffee  crushed ice Pour all of the ingredients into an Irish coffee glass filled with crushed ice. Stir well.

Shamrock Coffee

Ingredients:   1 oz Irish Mist herbal liqueur  5 oz hot black coffee  1 1/2 oz whipped cream  1 tsp sugar Pour irish mist and coffee into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float cream on top, sprinkle wth chocolate, and serve.

Siberian Dutchman

Ingredients:   1 shot Vandermint chocolate mint liqueur  1 shot vodka  1 shot Kahlua coffee liqueur  1 splash cream  1 glass coffee Mix ingredients, and pour over ice into highball glass.

Ingredients:   5 parts coffee  2 parts vodka  1 handful sugar Add the coffee first, then add alchohol and finally you should add the sugar. Shake well.

Ingredients:   1 scoop vanilla ice cream  fill with strong coffee  2 1/2 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur Pour 2 1/2 oz. frangelico into a tall glass and fill with strong coffee. Top with a scoop of ice-cream.

Ingredients:   1 oz limoncello lemon liqueur  1 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur  coffee  1 1/2 oz whipped cream Pour Limoncello and Grand Marnier into coffee cup or glass. Fill with coffee and top with whipped cream.

Spanish Coffee

Ingredients:   1/2 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur  1/2 oz rum  coffee  1 1/2 oz whipped cream Build the ingredients in a coffee mug. Top with whipped cream, and garnish with a cherry.

Ingredients:   2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur  2 oz cognac  4 oz strong espresso  1 1/2 oz whipped cream Mix congac, kahlua, and espresso in a parfait glass and stir gently. Top with whipped cream. Serve.

Ingredients:   2 oz grain alcohol  4 – 6 oz espresso  1 oz Ron Barcelo Imperial premium blend rum  1 tsp sugar Pour grain alcohol into a cup. Add espresso, sweetened to taste. Add Ron Barcelo Imperial rum, mix with a spoon, and serve.
