Ingredients:   1 1/2 oz gold rum  1 cup cold coffee  1 twist lemon peel  1 tsp sugar Pour rum over ice cubes in a small highball glass. Fill with coffee, and stir. Add a twist of lemon, sugar, and serve.

Cafe Savoy

Ingredients:   coffee  milk  1/2 oz triple sec  1/2 oz brandy Fill mug almost to top with coffee. Add milk if desired, then triple sec and brandy. Stir.

Calypso Coffee

Ingredients:   1/2 oz white rum  1/2 oz dark creme de cacao  5 oz coffee  1 1/2 oz whipped cream  1 tsp amaretto almond liqueur  1 tsp sugar Pour coffee, rum and cacao into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, add amaretto, and serve.

Calypso Coffee

Ingredients:   1 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur  5 oz hot black coffee  1 1/2 oz whipped cream  1 tsp sugar Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.

Ingredients:   1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur  1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur  5 oz hot black coffee  1 1/2 oz whipped cream  1 tsp sugar Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Coffee Liqueur

Ingredients:   10 tbsp instant coffee  4 tbsp vanilla extract  2 cups sugar  1 qt vodka  2 1/2 cups water Combine coffee, sugar and water. Simmer 1 hour and let cool. Add vanilla and vodka. Age in sealed jar 2 to 3 weeks.

Ingredients:   3/4 oz dark creme de cacao  3/4 oz coffee liqueur  1/2 oz brandy  6 – 8 oz hot coffee  1 1/2 oz whipped cream Combine all with coffee and top with whipped cream.
