Cold Comfort Coffee

Ingredients:   3/4 oz dark rum  3/4 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur  1/4 oz dark creme de cacao  4 oz cold coffee Shake and strain into a wine glass filled with crushed ice. Sweeten to taste.

Colonial Boy

Ingredients:   3/4 oz Irish whiskey  1 dash Angostura bitters  5 oz hot black tea  1 tsp sugar Pour whiskey, bitters and tea into a heat-proof cup. Sweeten to taste, and serve.

Crapachino

Ingredients:   1/2 cup coffee  1/2 – 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk  3 – 4 tbsp dark bitter cocoa powder  1 – 2 scoops plain chocolate ice cream Combine all the ingredients together, leaving out the chocolate ice-cream. Leave in fridge until cold. Add in the chocolate ice-cream, blend. Serve.

Cuban Hot Coffee

Ingredients:   1 oz gold rum  1/4 oz brown creme de cacao  1/2 tsp sugar  1 cup hot coffee Heat liquors in a heat-resistant glass, add sugar, and fill with coffee. Stir, and serve.

Cubano Coffee

Ingredients:   30 cl Bacardi white rum  10 cl Bols white creme de cacao  30 cl hot coffee  3 tsp sugar  20 cl double cream Warm up rum, creme cacao, sugar and coffee. Float the double fresh cream floating on top. Optionally sprinkle some grated chocolate on top of the cream.

Danbooka

Ingredients:   3 parts coffee  1 part Everclear alcohol Pour it in and mix it.

Dutch Coffee

Ingredients:   1 oz oude genever gin  5 oz hot black coffee  1 1/2 oz whipped cream  1 tsp sugar Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Dutch Coffee (usa)

Ingredients:   1/2 oz Vandermint chocolate mint liqueur  1/3 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur  5 oz hot black coffee  1 1/2 oz whipped cream  1 tsp amaretto almond liqueur  1 tsp sugar Pour coffee, vandermint and kahlua into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, add amaretto, and serve.

English Coffee

Espresso Cocktail

Ingredients:   3/4 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur  3/4 oz vodka  1 oz espresso Prepare a martini glass with a brown-sugared rim. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the prepared glass, and serve.

Espresso Martini

Ingredients:   1 oz cold espresso  1 1/2 oz Absolut vodka  1 1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur  1 oz white creme de cacao Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into chilled martini glass. It should be somewhat frothy.

Espresso-tini

Ingredients:   2 1/2 oz vanilla vodka  1 oz Godiva cappucino liqueur  2 oz fresh, chilled espresso Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake it up and serve in frozen martini or cocktail glasses. Line the rim with cinnamon and cocoa. Throw in a coffee bean for good luck, and serve.

Finlandia Coffee

Ingredients:   2 cl Finlandia vodka  2 cl Lapponia Lakka cloudberry liqueur  coffee  double cream Pour vodka and lapponia lakka into an irish coffee cup. Fill with hot coffee and float fresh cream or whipped cream on top.

Fireside Tea

Ingredients:   1 oz dark rum  5 oz hot black tea  1 lemon wedge  1 cinnamon stick  1 tsp sugar Pour tea into a heat-proof goblet, and sweeten to taste. Add rum, wedge-shaped slice of lemon, and a cinnamon stick. Serve.
