Fria Cafe Italiano

Ingredients:   1 oz Stoli Vanil vodka  1/2 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur  1/4 oz sambuca  1 oz chilled espresso  1 oz cream Mix all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with ground espresso.

Frozen Irish Coffee

Ingredients:   1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey  5 oz hot black coffee  1 tbsp vanilla ice cream  1 tsp sugar Shake briefly in a highball glass with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice. Top with ice cream, and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Serve with straws.

Fuzzy Asshole

Ingredients:   1 part coffee  1 part peach schnapps Fill coffee mug half full with coffee. Fill the other half full of peach schnapps. Stir and drink while hot.

Gaelic Coffee

Ingredients:   3/4 oz Irish whiskey  3/4 oz Irish cream  1 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao  2 oz milk  1 tsp instant coffee  green creme de menthe Blend until smooth and pour into an irish coffee cup. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with green creme de menthe for color.

Galliano Hotshot

Ingredients:   2 parts Galliano herbal liqueur  2 parts hot coffee  1 part heavy cream  1 pinch nutmeg Layer galliano, then hot coffee, then cream. Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg.

Galliano Hotshot #2

Ingredients:   2 cl Galliano herbal liqueur  2 cl hot coffee  cream Pour galliano into a shot glass, float hot filter coffee over it and top with lightly thickened cream as to create three layers.

German Coffee

Ingredients:   1/2 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy  5 oz hot black coffee  1 1/2 oz whipped cream  1 tsp sugar Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, garnish with a black cherry, and serve.

Good Coffee

Ingredients:   2 oz double espresso  1 oz Everclear alcohol Mix in a coffee mug.

Greek Iced Coffee

Ingredients:   1/2 cup coffee  1/2 cup milk  2 tsp honey Blend with 1/2 cup of ice and pour into a coffee mug.


Ingredients:   1 cup strong black tea  1 shot Bundaberg dark rum Pour one cup of strong black tea, add rum and stir.

Herbal Flame

Ingredients:   5 shots DeKuyper Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps  tea Pour hot damn 100 into the bottom of a jar or regular glass. Fill the rest of the glass with sweet tea. Stir with a spoon, straw, or better yet a cinnamon stick and leave it in.

Hot Marie

Ingredients:   3/4 oz brandy  3/4 oz dark rum  1/4 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur  1 cup hot coffee  1 tsp sugar Heat liquors in a heat-resistant glass or cup, and fill with coffee. Add sugar, to taste, and serve.
