Ingredients:

 

  • 2 oz gin 
  • 1/2 oz apricot brandy 
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice 
  • 1/2 tsp superfine sugar 
  • 1/2 egg white

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
