  • 1 1/3 oz vodka 
  • 1/3 oz Pisang Ambon liqueur 
  • 1/3 oz passion-fruit liqueur 
  • 2/3 oz vanilla ice cream 
  • 3 1/3 oz pineapple juice

Combine the vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.
